Holds PhD in the economics of transition and is full professor of the University of Donja Gorica Podgorica (powered by Arizona State University) as well as senior advisor in the Centre for Finance in Podgorica and one of the founders of Trustrock Consulting Network. He is co-chair of TOJOY holding group in China.
Luksic is Senior Peace Fellow to the PILPG Washington DC and member of the Nizami Ganjavi International Centre and serves in multiple advisory boards.
From May 2016 until October 2021 Luksic was with PwC Southeast Europe dealing with the public sector and ESG portfolio.
Published three books of poetry and prose.
